Painting for auction in Paris

So, I'm not really sure what the protocol is for posting nudity, but I guess I'll find out. This is oil on canvas, 16x20. It's going to be in an international art auction in Paris! I'll post links and whatnot once I know more.

The Proposition water color sketch

This is a study from a frame of the movie The Proposition. It was done after seeing a Steve Huston sketchbook of some of his boxers. He's amazing, and needless to say, inspirational.

Water color on toned paper. About 4x6ish.

San Diego ComiCon 2010

Once again, the SDCC is upon us. I'll be sharing a booth again this year in the Fantasy Illustrators section (4813, same as last year) with David Palumbo. Unfortunately the third Musketeer, Scott Altmann, will not be joining us this year. Hopefully he'll be back next year.

Anyway, stop by to say "Hi" and check out our books, prints, and originals we'll have for sale!

Kicking off the new posts with some Blood and Guts! (AND a Chesley nomination!)

This is a WarCraft card that was nominated for a Chesley Award this year in the Best Gaming Art catagory. http://sfscope.com/2010/06/2010-chesley-award-nominees.html My second nomination!

Congratulations, of course, to all the outstanding nominees this year. I seriously doubt I'll be taking home any awards any time soon..!

Wiping off the cobwebs

Ok, I know no one has been to this blog is years, myself included. Hell, look at the date below this post!! I'm just two weeks shy of a full frickin' year!! How ridiculous is that???

But that's all going to change. Maybe. Hopefully. I'm going to start posting stuff again here, just because dammit, that's what I should be doing. So this is a test. Please ignore. =)
